Due to the icy wind blowing from the north-west direction, Delhi shivered with 4.7 degrees Celsius on Sunday. After three days, there has been a huge drop in the minimum temperature of Delhi. It is expected to decline further on Monday. Yellow alert of cold wave has been issued by the Meteorological Department for the whole week. Today morning 13 trains are also running late due to fog.
