The body of Samajwadi leader and former Union Minister Sharad Yadav was brought to Bhopal from Delhi through a chartered flight today. The plane landed at Raja Bhoj Airport some time back. Here CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan will pay tribute to him. CM Shivraj has reached the State Hangar some time back. From here the body of Sharad Yadav will be taken to the ancestral village Aankhmau located in Makhannagar of Narmadapuram where he will be cremated with full state honors in the afternoon.

Please tell that RJD leader Sharad Yadav died on Thursday due to prolonged illness at the age of 75. His demise has triggered a wave of mourning in the political circles. All the leaders are condoling the death of Sharad Yadav in their own way. All the veterans including PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, CM Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav and Lalu Yadav condoled the death of Sharad Yadav. At the same time, Santosh Kushwaha, MP from Purnia, has also condoled the demise of Sharad Yadav.

At the same time, there is a wave of mourning in all parties due to his death. Apart from RJD, JDU, Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas has also canceled the feast of Makar Sankranti. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had described the death of Sharad Yadav as a big loss. However, he did not go to Delhi to pay his last respects. At the same time, he is getting his treatment done in Singapore. RJD supremo Lalu Yadav also issued a condolence message at midnight itself. Today, he will be cremated in the presence of several political parties in his native village in Madhya Pradesh.

Let us tell that in his long political career, former Union Minister Sharad Yadav won the Lok Sabha elections seven times. Sharad Yadav was also a Rajya Sabha MP for four times and was also a minister of important departments in the cabinet of Prime Minister VP Singh and Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Apart from Jabalpur, Sharad Yadav won Lok Sabha elections from Badaun in Uttar Pradesh and Madhepura in Bihar, a rare feat for any politician. Sharad Yadav is considered one of the prominent leaders who played a major role in getting the Mandal Commission implemented.
