MP News: Four killed in a road accident, a speeding car ran over laborers working on the roadside, 12 injured


A speeding car ran over laborers working on the road on the Mhow-Neemuch highway near Jamunia village in Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh. Four laborers died in the accident, 12 persons were injured. Among the injured, seven are laborers and five people were traveling in the car. All the laborers are residents of Aligarh and Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh. Those who have been admitted to the district hospital. The accused car driver has been arrested.

Ratlam SP Abhishek Tiwari has confirmed the incident. According to the information, the incident has been told near Jamunia Fante of Bilpank police station area of ​​Ratlam district. Some laborers were doing the work of installing railing on the culvert near Jamunia. On Tuesday evening, a speeding car coming from Indore went uncontrolled and rammed into the laborers. The accident was so terrible that four died on the spot. There was an outcry after the accident. As soon as the information was received, the villagers and toll personnel reached the spot and rescued the injured. The injured were sent to the district hospital with the help of an ambulance and loading vehicle. Ratlam Rural MLA Dilip Makwana had also reached the hospital. Collector Narendra Suryavanshi and MLA Dilip Makwana instructed the doctors to provide better treatment to the injured.


According to the injured, sign boards were also installed 100 meters away on the forelane. The speed of the car was fast. She suddenly came towards us, and didn’t even give a chance to recover. Some people were hit by the car and fell far away, those who got buried under the car died. Titu’s father Suresh (20), Vikas’s father Rakesh Kashyap (19), Hariom’s father Harprasad (22) and one other died in the accident. The deceased are residents of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh.


Among the injured laborers, 18-year-old Deepak Kumar father Jagmohan Sen, 17-year-old Yogesh father Mahesh, 32-year-old Manveer Singh father Mangal Singh, 31-year-old Ompal father Mangal Singh, 18-year-old Amit father Dalveer Singh, 17-year-old Chandu father Sher, including 18-year-old Deepak Kumar father Jagmohan Sen, residents of village Mathna district Aligarh. Singh and 18-year-old Ashish father Nahar Singh, all residents of village Malikpura, district Aligarh (UP). On the other hand, Saurabh Shailendra Jain (28), resident of Palace Road Ratlam, his mother Shalini Jain (52) and grandmother Shanta Jain (75), resident of New Mandsaur, who were in the car, have been admitted to the district hospital. Two other injured in the car have been taken to a private hospital.
