Cold wave has made a comeback in the plains of North West India after a break of a few days. On Monday, the lowest minimum temperature of this season was recorded in Delhi at 1.4 degrees Celsius. It was 5.7 degrees below normal. However, due to the sunshine since morning, there was relief from the cold.
